This image was created to commemorate Nurses Week at work. The end of the stethoscope was replaced with a heart shaped piece. The area around the stethoscope that was removed was cloned so that the shirt appeared normal. The company logo was added to the scrubs by applying a displacement map and altering the blending mode for the Photoshop layer.
